American cheesecake for chocolate lovers baked in the oven! This sweet is based on chocolate biscuits and a fluffy chocolate cheese blend! It’s easy and very tasty!
Ingredient
For the base:
- 240gr. chocolate cookies
- 70gr. butter
For the filling:
- 325gr. dark chocolate
- 675gr. cream cheese
- 220gr. yoghurt
- 15gr. cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla syrup
- 250gr. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
For the topping:
- 150gr. chocolate
- 160ml dairy cream
- 15gr. butter
Execution
For the base:
- Break the cookies into the blender and mix with the melted butter.
- Place the mixture on a 23cm baking tray.
- Bake in preheated oven at 160 for 10 minutes.
For the filling:
- Cut the chocolate into pieces and put it in a Bain Marie until it melts (alternatively in a microwave oven at 300watt until it melts for about 1 minute) and set aside.
- Put the cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla in the mixer and beat until homogenized, add the yogurt, stir, add the cocoa and stir. Add the eggs one by one and finally the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Take a piece of foil and place it around the base and add all the mixture, put the sweet into a pan and add hot water to the middle of the pan.
- Bake for 1 hour in a preheated oven at 160 degrees.
- Turn off the oven, open the door and let the cake cool for about 1 hour.
For the topping:
- Cut the chocolate into pieces, put the cream in a frying pan and bring to a boil and add the chocolate and butter, homogenize and put it over our sweet.
