Have you ever tried making apple pie in a pan? So here it is !!!
- 150g sugar
- 1 tsp of water
- 120g soft butter
- 160g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150g milk
- 2 apples
- 250g flour (that expands by itself)
- 1 vanilla
- In a pan (23 cm) put the sugar in the center, open a small puddle with fingers and there put the water, do not shake it, put it on the hotplate of the kitchen over medium heat until it becomes caramel, do not stir at all, when it turns blondie, take it out of the hotplate.
- Beat the butter with the sugar in a bowl with a whisk. Add the eggs and continue. Add the milk with the flour alternately and add the vanilla.
- Cut each apple into 8 pieces and put on the caramel. Finally add the mixture of the bowl and bake at 180 for 30 minutes. Serve with confectioner’s sugar and cinnamon.
