Caesar Salad’s dressing can be tasty and also…homemade!
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 anchovy
- 2 tbsp mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 150gr. grated Parmesan
- 1 egg yolk
- 150ml olive oil
- Salt & freshly ground pepper
- Mash the garlic and anchovies until they take the form of a homogenized puree. Transfer it to a bowl and add the mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and parmesan cheese. Stir well with the wire until the ingredients are mixed up well.
- Next, add the egg yolk and, as we continuemixing, add the olive oil gradually. We want our dressing to be creamy. Finally, add salt and freshly ground pepper.
