Caesar Salad’s dressing can be tasty and also…homemade!


  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 anchovy
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 150gr. grated Parmesan
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 150ml olive oil
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper


  1. Mash the garlic and anchovies until they take the form of a homogenized puree. Transfer it to a bowl and add the mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and parmesan cheese. Stir well with the wire until the ingredients are mixed up well.
  2. Next, add the egg yolk and, as we continuemixing, add the olive oil gradually. We want our dressing to be creamy. Finally, add salt and freshly ground pepper.
