A tasty and easy in the making dish from Mexico!


  • 2 chicken breasts (fillets)
  • 3 peppers (green, red, yellow)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Mixture of spices (1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of paprika, 1/2 tsp of cumin, 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika)
  • 2 limes
  • 150g of cheese mix
  • 6 tortillas
  • 2 avocado

For the side salsa:

  • Yoghurt:
  • 250g Yoghurt
  • ½ lime (juice and zest)
  • Salt, Pepper
  • Tomato salsa:
  • 2 tomatoes
  • fresh coriander
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 1 lime (juice, zest)


  1. Slice the chicken and vegetables (onion, peppers) into thin strips and sauté in a pan with olive oil on high heat.
  2. Shortly before it’s ready, pour the spices we’ve mixed into a bowl. Stir well and turn off with lime.
  3. In a low heat pan place the tortilla and pour a little cheese to melt; in the center we add the mixture with chicken and peppers. Remove from the pan.
  4. Mix the ingredients for our side salsas (each salsa to a different bowl) and add some in each tortilla.
  5. We wrap and serve by putting on the side and the salsa bowls for those who want to add extra salsa. We can put a few slices of avocados in each tortilla.
