Chicken nuggets with quick sweet and sour sauce

Easy, quick recipe for chicken thighs which you can accompany with an extremely easy sweet and sour sauce!

Ingredient

• 10 chicken thighs
• 2 teaspoon of salt
• 3 teaspoon of sweet paprika
• 2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
• 2 teaspoon of cumin grated
• 2 teaspoon of sugar

For sweet and sour sauce:

• 200gr. ketchup
• 2 tbsp. of water
• 3 tbsp. of vinegar
• 1 tbsp. of soy sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
• 1 tbsp. of olive oil

Execution

For the chicken leg quarters:

1.  Mix all ingredients, sprinkle with olive oil and apply over the meat (preferably pork and chicken) and bake in the bbq or even in the oven. If you put them in the oven, bake at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.

For the sweet and sour sauce:

1. Mix all ingredients with wire and serve.
