Favorite baby snack, tasty and homemade! Healthy, without preservatives!


  • 500 g minced chicken
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 mustard
  • 1kg of paprika (smoked)
  • Salt, Pepper
  • Herbs (optional)


  1. In a bowl we put all the ingredients together. Mix well enough to homogenize the ingredients, this can take a minute. Apply a membrane on our bench and put the mixture in the center, cover the minced meat with the membrane from the bottom upwards and wrap it carefully. Cut the membrane and wrap it by holding the two edges and dragging on our bench. We create a candy-like shape and close the edges tightly by making knots.
  2. Close with aluminum foil and pour in the pot in boiling water. Boil for 45 minutes. Allow to cool and cut. We keep in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
