Ingredient

  • 1 chicken (1.5 kg) cut into 16 pieces
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • juice of 1 ½ lemon
  • salt, pepper, smoked paprika

For the potatoes

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 100 g butter
  • Salt, Pepper
  • parsley, paprika

Execution

  1. Put the marinade ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the chicken and mix well.
  3. It must be marinated for at least 1 hour
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in the air and up and down resistances.
  5. Place a pan in the oven with water and place the ribs on the grill, so that the fat falls into the water.
