Try the most delicious chicken ribs with potatoes with this easy recipe!!
Ingredient
- 1 chicken (1.5 kg) cut into 16 pieces
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp oregano
- juice of 1 ½ lemon
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika
For the potatoes
- 5 medium potatoes
- 100 g butter
- Salt, Pepper
- parsley, paprika
Execution
- Put the marinade ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add the chicken and mix well.
- It must be marinated for at least 1 hour
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in the air and up and down resistances.
- Place a pan in the oven with water and place the ribs on the grill, so that the fat falls into the water.
- Bake it so that the air passes through everywhere and they are cooked evenly, while if we place them in the pan below it will be like boiling.
- Bake for 15 minutes on each side, a total of 30 minutes.
- Periodically we pass them with a brush with the marinade.

For the potatoes
- Boil the potatoes with their skin in half. Then cut them in half and then quinces.
