An easy and tasty sauce, perfect for meat or fish dishes!
- 1 small onion
- 1 hot red pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 handful of coriander
- ½ handful of parsley
- 2 glasses of olive oil
- 1 glass red wine
- Chop all the ingredients and place them in a bowl.
- Stir and leave in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to flavor it well.
- Serve with a nice piece of meat or even fish.
