Delicious, crispy chicken with a wonderful crust of spices that make your chicken even more enjoyable! Accompany it with the wonderful salad with a surprise ingredient: the petimezi!
Ingredient
- 1 chicken cut into 8 portions
- 150gr. butter at room temperature
- 4 tbsp. of breadcrumb
For the spice mixture:
- 1 tbsp. of grated cumin
- 1 tbsp. of smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp. of grated coriander
- 1 tsp. of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. of grated anise
- 1 tbsp. of grated spice
- Salt, Peppe
For the salad:
- Mixed green salad (arugula, lettuce)
- Vegetables cut into sticks (peppers, carrots, cucumbers, spring onions)
For the dressing:
- 200 ml olive oil
- 40 ml red vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 tbsp. of petimezi
- 1 tsp. of mustard
- Salt, Pepper
Execution
- Put the spices, butter and breadcrumbs in a bowl. The butter should be at room temperature so that it can be incorporated with the other ingredients.
- Spread half the amount of butter on the chicken. Place it on a grill that will rest on a baking tray, put water in the baking tray. We do this so that the chicken does not come into contact with the pan and the water.
- Put the remaining mixture with the butter in the chicken.
- Bake at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Finally raise the temperature to 190 degrees and cook for another 20 minutes or until the chicken is crispy.
- Serve with salad
For the salad:
- Wash the salad and put it in pieces in a large salad bowl. Add the vegetables cut into thin sticks.
For the dressing:
- Add all the ingredients to the multi and mix.
