A delicious, fasting but full of chocolate and super easy in the making sweet treat that everyone will love!

Ingredient

  • 200gr. baking chocolate
  • 1 ½ cup farina flour
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of coconut sugar
  • ½ cup of cocoa powder
  • 3 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 2 vanilla powder

For chocolate frosting:

  • 40gr. of coconut milk
  • 80gr. baking chocolate

Execution

  1. Slice the chocolate into pieces and put it in a bain-marie or in a bowl covered with a wrap and put it in a microwave oven for 2 minutes and let it cool.
  2. In a big bowl (basina) mix the sugar, flour, coconut sugar, vanilla, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl pour the coconut oil and milk and mix well.
  4. Combine the solids with the liquid materials and add the chocolate.
  5. Stir well and place the mixture into small cake tins (from paper) or in a large cake tin.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees, 20 minutes for the small cake tins, and 40 minutes for the big one. When ready, let it cool well.

For chocolate frosting:

  1. In a saucepan or in a microwave, melt the milk chocolate for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour on the top of the cake the hot chocolate frosting and then it’s ready.
