This is a quick Garam Masala Indian spice mix. Garam Masala is better when made with whole spices that have been roasted and ground! Try to use it in your daily food preparations especially if you prefer your plates more spicy!
- 1 tbsp. of ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. of ground coriander
- 1 1/2 tsp. of ground cardamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. of ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. of ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. of ground nutmeg
- Mix cumin, coriander, cardamon, pepper, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in a bowl. Place mix in an airtight container, and store in a cool and dry place.
