Engraved in the memory as the sweets offered by moms and grandmothers at home, they continue to have a place on today’s table, especially during the summer months. Here I suggest you my own recipe for grape spoon sweet with the addition of ginger that will give an incredible aroma to your dessert!


1kg grapes, without seeds
500-700gr. sugar (depending on how sour the grapes are)
150gr. water
1 sprig of ginger
Lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
150gr. almonds


  1. Wash the grapes very well and let them drain. If you want, keep a few pieces (10-15) to put them after half an hour of boiling, so that they come out whole and not mashed.
  2. Put the grapes in the pot, turn on the heat and leave for 5 minutes on low heat to begin to heat and drain.
  3. Add the sugar, almonds, water, ginger and lemon and simmer for 1 hour. Leave to cool and put in sterile jars.
