To avoid eating nuts in the classic way, I suggest a recipe for grilled cashew nuts with which you can accompany your drink, yogurt, salad and anywhere else you use nuts!
- 500 g cashew nuts
- 1 egg white
- 30 g sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Beat the egg whites, salt and sugar with a wire until the mixture whitens.
- Add the cinnamon, cashew nuts and mix.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 180 degrees.
