Classic flavor from Mexico, perhaps the most favorite recipe based on avocado!
- 2 ripe avocados
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1 clove of garlic chopped
- The flesh of 1 tomato (finely chopped)
- ½ yellow pepper finely chopped
- 1 onion medium finely chopped
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 handful of coriander
- Salt and pepper
- Dice the avocados. Then we take a fork and mash the avocado more or less according to your preference. An interesting result would include more than one textures.
- Add our ingredients and mix well.
- Add salt, pepper and acidity according to our preferences.
