Ingredient

  • 80ml syrup
  • 80ml of sparkling water
  • Leaves of mint
  • Lemon slices
  • For the syrup:
  • 500ml lemon juice
  • 370gr. sugar
  • 15gr. ginger
  • 6 pieces of spearmint

Execution

  1. In a bowl, put the lemon juice and the sugar, let the sugar melt for an hour and then stir with the wire to dissolve completely. Add ginger and mint.
  2. Transfer all ingredients for the syrup into a glass bottle and leave for 2 days in the refrigerator.
  3. For Serving: We take a glass and fill it with ice. Put 80ml of syrup and 80ml of sparkling water, mint leaves and a slice of lemon. Mix and enjoy!
