The most easy in the making recipe for strawberry liqueur!


  • 1lt ouzo
  • 1 and 1/2 kg strawberries
  • 1 kg sugar


  1. Wash and cut the strawberries into four. Put them in a bowl and pour the ouzo. Leave the bowl in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  2. Remove the bowl from the refrigerator the next day and pour the sugar. Mix with a wire until the sugar dissolves, then strain it without pressing the strawberries,  we only want as much liquid as they do on their own. Put it in a bottle and keep it in the fridge or out.
