The most easy in the making recipe for strawberry liqueur!
- 1lt ouzo
- 1 and 1/2 kg strawberries
- 1 kg sugar
- Wash and cut the strawberries into four. Put them in a bowl and pour the ouzo. Leave the bowl in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Remove the bowl from the refrigerator the next day and pour the sugar. Mix with a wire until the sugar dissolves, then strain it without pressing the strawberries, we only want as much liquid as they do on their own. Put it in a bottle and keep it in the fridge or out.
