Light salad with mozzarella, chicken and pesto

Delicious and easy in making recipe for salad to accompany your main dishes or why not be your main meal!


  • 1/2 iceberg
  • 100 g of mozzarella
  • 150 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 pack of valerian
  • 150 g mini pasta
  • 2 chicken breast

For the pesto:

  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup olive oil


  1. Cut the iceberg into pieces. Put all the ingredients, the boiled pasta, the roasted chicken, the valerian, the tomatoes and the mozzarella in a bowl.

For the pesto:

  1. Put all the ingredients except olive oil in the food processor and beat. In the end add the olive oil and mix.
