- 1 whole chicken (cut into ribs)
- 300ml plant oil
- 150ml cider vinegar
- 100ml ketchup
- 15gr. brown sugar
- 4gr. dried mustard
- 5ml Tabasco
- 2gr. garlic powder
- 2gr. onion powder
- 6gr. mashed garlic
- To make the marinade sauce, place a bowl and add all the ingredients. Then mix well.
- Add the chicken ribs and mix up. Leave the bowl in the fridge for 2-24 hours. In this way, the ribs absorb all the flavoring of the sauce.
- Place the chicken on the grill and roast. Use intense heat so that a crispy crust is made around the ribs and keeps them juicy. Alternatively you can use preheat oven (200 degrees) for 30 minutes.
