  • 1 whole chicken (cut into ribs)
  • 300ml plant oil
  • 150ml cider vinegar
  • 100ml ketchup
  • 15gr. brown sugar
  • 4gr. dried mustard
  • 5ml Tabasco
  • 2gr. garlic powder
  • 2gr. onion powder
  • 6gr. mashed garlic

Execution

  1. To make the marinade sauce, place a bowl and add all the ingredients. Then mix well.
  2. Add the chicken ribs and mix up. Leave the bowl in the fridge for 2-24 hours. In this way, the ribs absorb all the flavoring of the sauce.
  3. Place the chicken on the grill and roast. Use intense heat so that a crispy crust is made around the ribs and keeps them juicy. Alternatively you can use preheat oven (200 degrees) for 30 minutes.
