Mexican burrito with minced meat filling

Mexican burrito is a delicious mexican dish that all your friends and family will love!


  • 500gr. minced meat (50% veal-50% pork)
  • 1 onion
  • 1tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ¼tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can tomato
  • 1 can black beans
  • 300gr. cheddar cheese
  • 8 tortillas
  • Green “salata” lettuce
  • 200gr. yogurt
  • Fresh coriander


  1. Place a large pot, add olive oil and sauté the minced meat for 15 minutes. Add the onion (chopped)
  2. Add the spices and the tomato. Add some wated (if needed) and boil until the minced meat is cooked. Add the beans and the cheese. Remove from heat and mix until the cheese is melt.
  3. Put the tortillas into the microwave to make them more soft. Fill them up, add some yogurt and coriander. Roll up and serve.
