Mexican tacos with chicken at home

Our favourite Mexican tacos that we can enjoy and as a cold dish, I recommend them here with chicken in an easy making recipe!

Ingredient

  • 15 tortillas (15cm diameter)
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 peppers (green, red, yellow)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Spice blend
  • (1 teaspoon salt, 1teaspoon pepper, 1teaspoon sugar, 1teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika)
  • 2 limes

Accompaniments:

Guacamole:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lime
  • coriander
  • 1 pepper
  • 1/2 chopped onion

Yogurt sauce:

  • 4 tbsp of yogurt
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • salt

Pico de gallo:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • fresh coriander
  • 1 onion
  • lime, salt
  • garlic

Execution

  1. Cut the chicken and vegetables (onion, peppers) into thin slices and sauté in a pan with olive oil over high heat.
  2. Just before it’s ready, pour the spices that we have mixed into a bowl. Stir well and quench with lime juice.

For the guacamole:

Chop the avocado into small pieces, and mix with the lime juice, chopped coriander, chopped pepper, chopped onion, salt.

For the yogurt sauce:

Mix the materials.

For pico de gallo:

Cut the outside of the tomato into small squares, onion, chopped coriander and mix with lime and salt.

Composition:

Take one tortilla and add the avocado, tomato and yogurt mixture over the chicken.
