Pasta salad with honey mustard dressing

Easy and tasty pasta salad, ideal for the days you want a fast and tasty meal! In fact, it can be considered as a complete meal but it can always be served as a side dish too!

Ingredient

Dressing:

• 200g mustard
• 100g of honey
• 100g mayonnaise
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. pepper
• 3 tsp. smoked paprika

Salad:

• 1 chicken breast
• 200g of fusilli pasta
• 10 chopped tomatoes in the middle
• 100g of smoked cheese cut into cubes
• 4 tablespoons of corn
• 1 piece lime
• Juice of ½ lime
• 1 avocado
• Honey mustard sauce
• Freshly ground pepper
• Thick salt
• Thyme

Execution

Sauce:

1. Add all our ingredients in a bowl and stir well until our blend has a smooth texture.

Salad:

1. Add salt, pepper and oil on the fillet and then bake it in a pan or, ideally, in a roasting pan.
2. Boil the pasta, strain and let it cool down. Then transfer in a bowl and add the cherry tomatoes, smoked cheese, corn, lime zest, avocado and 2-3 tablespoons of Honey Mustard sauce.
3. Mix well and serve on a plate. Slice the chicken and add it to the salad. Add salt, pepper, thyme and lime juice and enjoy!
