An alternative but really tasty, peach flavoured cake!
3 velvita peaches
250g of sugar
1 tbsp of water
For the cake:
1 velvita peach
220g of sugar
130g of milk
1.5 tsp baking powder
Start by removing the seeds from the peach, then cuting it into 4.
In a pan, add the sugar creating a small surar-made “mountain”. Add 1 tbsp of water on the top of the sugar.
When the edges of the mixture begin to become brown, we begin to mix until all the mixture gets the same colour.
Remove from heat and place the peaches with the flesh on the candy.
For the cake: Add the butter and sugar to the mixer bin and mix with wire until the mixture is soft, about 2 minutes.
Next, add the eggs one by one at moderate speed and continue adding all the remaining ingredients.
Cut in pieces the one “extra” peach and add to the remaining mixture. Pour the cake mixture over the peaches into the pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.Try with a knife in the center of the pot to see if it is ready. Once the cake is ready, we turn it over to a platter. Serve while hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
