Peach flavoured smoothie with yoghurt and chia seeds

Perfect flavour and aroma, full of vitamins: the best summer smoothie is here!


  • 2 velvita peaches, peeled
  • 1/2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey (you can add more)
  • 5 spearmint leaves
  • 7g. ginger (grated)
  • 5 ice cubes
  • spearmint leaves (decor)


  1. Peel the peaches, cut them into pieces and put them in the mixer. Then add yoghurt, honey, 5 mint leaves, grated ginger and ice cubes. Mix up well until the materials are homogenized.
  2. Serve the smoothie in two glasses filled with ice and decorate them with some spearmint leaves.
