Perfect flavour and aroma, full of vitamins: the best summer smoothie is here!
Ingredient
- 2 velvita peaches, peeled
- 1/2 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey (you can add more)
- 5 spearmint leaves
- 7g. ginger (grated)
- 5 ice cubes
- spearmint leaves (decor)
Execution
- Peel the peaches, cut them into pieces and put them in the mixer. Then add yoghurt, honey, 5 mint leaves, grated ginger and ice cubes. Mix up well until the materials are homogenized.
- Serve the smoothie in two glasses filled with ice and decorate them with some spearmint leaves.
