  • 300g penne pasta
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 50g of corn
  • 50g of caper
  • 1 pepper finely chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • chopped dill
  • 40g of olive oil
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 50g of heavy cream
  • 1/2 lemon (juice and zest)


  1. Boil the penne pasta according to the recommended time (each brand varies), strain and keep about 80 grams of the water.
  2. In a large pan, add the olive oil and pour the onion with the peppers first. Sauté a little and then add the corn, the capers and pour the water we have kept.
  3. Then add the pasta, the tuna and the cream with the dill. Stir well and if necessary add some water. Try for salt and pepper and add if necessary.
