Ingredient
For dough:
- 500 g Self raising flour of
- 250 g Butter
- 200 g yoghurt
- 1 egg whipped
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
For the stuffing:
- 1 kg of peaches (peeled and diced)
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g Butter
For dip:
- 200 g Yoghurt
- 1 lime (zest)
- spearmint
- ginger (optional)
Execution
- Start making the dough by putting the flour into the bowl. Make a hole in the center and add all the ingredients, then mix slowly. Once all the ingredients have been mixed up and a dough is formed, we work on our countertop. Wrap it with a plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 ‘.
- In a saucepan, put peaches, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Leave for 1 hour to remove their liquids.
- Add the butter afterwards and cook over low heat until a jam is created. Let cool and remove the cinnamon stick.
- Roll the dough, cut it in servings. Put a tablespoon of the filling on each piece, spread some egg white around the dough and close the pie, giving it a half-moon shape, pressing with a fork. Bake at 185C for about 20 minutes.
