  • For dough:
  • 500 g Self raising flour of
  • 250 g Butter
  • 200 g yoghurt
  • 1 egg whipped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • For the stuffing:
  • 1 kg of peaches (peeled and diced)
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g Butter
  • For dip:
  • 200 g Yoghurt
  • 1 lime (zest)
  • spearmint
  • ginger (optional)

Execution

  1. Start making the dough by putting the flour into the bowl. Make a hole in the center and add all the ingredients, then mix slowly. Once all the ingredients have been mixed up and a dough is formed, we work on our countertop. Wrap it with a plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 ‘.
  2. In a saucepan, put peaches, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Leave for 1 hour to remove their liquids.
  3. Add the butter afterwards and cook over low heat until a jam is created. Let cool and remove the cinnamon stick.
  4. Roll the dough, cut it in servings. Put a tablespoon of the filling on each piece, spread some egg white around the dough and close the pie, giving it a half-moon shape, pressing with a fork. Bake at 185C for about 20 minutes.
