Quick cheese pies

Now that we all spend more time at home, what would you say to make a very easy and quick recipe for cheese pies!

Ingredient

  • 200g of yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 50g sunflower oil
  • 50g milk
  • 250g soft butter
  • 800g flour
  • Salt, Pepper

For the filling:

  • 350g feta cheese
  • 100g grated cheese of your choice
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, Pepper

For the spread:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. of water

Execution

  1. In a bowl put the yogurt, sunflower oil, egg, milk and mix. Add the butter and stir. Finally, add salt, pepper, flour and knead.
  2. Transfer to a floured counter and open with a rolling pin. Use something round to cut out the designs for the cheese pies, for example a bowl.

For the filling:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Crumble up the cheese.
  2. Fill the rounds with the filling, beat the egg with water and brush around the dough so that when we fold it they stick. Fold and press around with a fork.
  3. Spread with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven either in the air or directly under heat source at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
