Ingredient
- 1 chicken breast fillet
- 1 small broccoli (chopped)
- 1 garlic clove
- 4tbsp soy sauce
- 300gr. rice noodles
- ½ red pepper (sliced)
- ½ green pepper (sliced)
- 1 tbsp spring onion
- 40gr. grated cabbage
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 lime
- 2 eggs
- 2tbsp coriander (chopped)
- 1 cup water
- Salt & pepper
- Chili flakes
Execution
- Open the chicken fillet in 2 pieces, slice each piece in 4-5 sticks.
- Peel and chop the garlic. Chop the broccoli, the peppers. Grate the carrot and cabbage.
- Place the noodles in a bowl, add boiling water and let soak for 10 minutes.
- Place a pan on heat, add olive oil and sauté the chicken in high-intensity heat. Add salt & pepper.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 more minute. Add the vegetables and pour over soy sauce. Add water and cook for 2 minutes.
