Favorite classic roast chicken with potatoes, so simple in its preparation that it wakes us up with pleasant family moments around the Sunday table!
- 1 chicken cut into 8 portions
- 10 pieces of potatoes
For the marinade:
- 2 gloves of garlic
- 60gr. mustard
- 1 tsp. of smoked paprika
- 2 tsp. of salt
- 1 tsp. of pepper
- 60gr. olive oil
- 2 lemons
- 1 tbsp. of honey
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 chicken cube
- 1 tsp. of oregano
- Place in a bowl the marinade ingredients and stir to incorporate. Put the chicken in the bowl and stir. Set aside until the potatoes are ready.
- Peel and cut the potatoes in half vertically and then into pieces. Spread them in the pan, salt and put the chicken on top and then the marinade on top of all the ingredients.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
