A delicious and super easy in the making salad that will accompany your dishes or may be your main meal!


  • 1 fennel
  • 5 sprigs of celery
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 bunch of arugula
  • 2 tbsp caper

For the olive oil and lemon dressing:

  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • dill
  • 6 tbsp olive oil


  1. Cut the celery and fennel into small strips. In a bowl mix the capers, arugula, celery and fennel.
  2. In a small bowl, put the ingredients for the olive oil and lemon dressing and mix.
  3. Add the dressing to the salad bowl, stir.
  4. Lay the salad on a straight plate, place the tuna pieces on top and sprinkle with a little dill.
