  • 200gr. milk butter
  • 200gr. semolina (thick)
  • 150gr. sugar
  • 450gr. milk
  • 1 vanilla
  • 100gr. grated peanuts


  1. Place a saucepan on a medium heat and add the butter to melt. Then add the semolina and let it roast for about 20 ‘, stirring constantly.
  2. In a small saucepan, warm the milk with sugar and vanilla, stirring well until the sugar melts. Once ready, remove saucepan from fire. We just want our milk to warm up, we do not want to boil it!
  3. Add the milk mixture to the pot of semolina and stir until the mixture is homogenized, keeping the heat low.
  4. Pour the grated pistachio in a cake form and then add the mixture of halva. Leave to freeze for 3 to 4 hours (out of the refrigerator). Serve and enjoy!
