Our favorite strawberries turn into the most delicious jam, and become the perfect accompaniment for toast or strained yogurt!
It is ready in a few minutes and with only three ingredients!


  • 1 kg of strawberries
  • 600 gr. up to 1 kg of sugar
  • ¼ cup of lemon juice


  1. Wash the ripe strawberries well, cut their stalks and put them in a bowl. Melt them by hand. Put them in a wide saucepan, along with the sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Let them boil on high heat, stirring often with a wooden spoon, until the jam falls into a thick mass. After it cools, put it in sterilise jars and store it in the refrigerator.
