The absolute recipe for the healthiest version of praline is here: home-made and sugar free hazelnut praline!
- 250gr. hazelnuts (baked)
- 70gr. coconut sugar
- 20gr. cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Bake for the hazelnuts in the oven (for 10mins) so that they are warm.
- Once they are ready, put them in the multi and beat until they become a paste. Heat helps hazelnuts to crush easily and evenly.
- Then add coconut sugar, cocoa, salt, vanilla and coconut oil, ensuring that any material is incorporated into the paste before adding the next one.
- Our praline is ready! Immediately enjoy or store in a jar (inside or outside the refrigerator).
