  • 250gr. hazelnuts (baked)
  • 70gr. coconut sugar
  • 20gr. cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil


  1. Bake for the hazelnuts in the oven (for 10mins) so that they are warm.
  2. Once they are ready, put them in the multi and beat until they become a paste. Heat helps hazelnuts to crush easily and evenly.
  3. Then add coconut sugar, cocoa, salt, vanilla and coconut oil, ensuring that any material is incorporated into the paste before adding the next one.
  4. Our praline is ready! Immediately enjoy or store in a jar (inside or outside the refrigerator).
