Sweet dessert with yogurt, oreo cookies and strawberries

A delicious, creamy and light dessert with yogurt, oreo cookies and strawberries that everyone will love!

Ingredient

For the base:

• 200 gr. Oreo cookies
• 50 gr. butter

For the dessert:

• 350 gr. yogurt
• 150 gr. cream 35%
• 2 tbsp honey
• 10 pieces of strawberries
• 150 gr. Oreo cookies
• 1 lemon zest

Execution

For the base:

1. Put the cookies in a food bag and break them with a weight beating.
2. Mix the broken cookies with the melted butter in a bowl and divide into glasses. Put the glasses in the fridge.

For the sweet:

1. Put the cold whipped cream in a bowl and beat with a whisk until it sets.
2. In another bowl put the yogurt, honey and stir. Add the strawberries in small pieces.
3. Break the 150 g cookies in the same way as before and put half of them in the bowl with the strawberries, yogurt and honey and mix. Finally add the lemon zest and the whipped cream. Stir and distribute in the bowls we have in the fridge.
4. Put the rest of the broken cookies on top. After 1 hour in the fridge the dessert is ready.
