Ingredient
For the burgers:
- 600gr. minced beef (chuck or flank)
- 1 onion grated on a grater
- 1 egg
- 4 slices of toast bread
- 1 tomato
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. ice water
- salt, black pepper
For the potatoes:
- 2kg potatoes
- 100 ml cream 35% fat
- 200gr. goat cheese (like feta)
- Freshly ground pepper
- Salt
- Corn oil
- Chopped parsley
Execution
For the burgers:
- Peel the tomato, remove the seeds and grate it on the grater.
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat, egg, water, oil and tomato. Beat in the multi the slices of toast bread that we have left on our counter to dry and add to the bowl with the remaining ingredients.
- Add the parsley, the onion (after we have drained it with our hands to get rid of the liquids) and mix the ingredients well.
- Do not add salt to the minced meat except on top as we cook, because we do not want it to drain.
- Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Shape the burgers and grill them on low heat for 5 minutes on each side.
For the cheese sauce:
- In a saucepan, heat the cream and, when ready, add the goat cheese, grated, and stir until well melted. If it has pieces, we can beat it in the blender to achieve a creamy texture.
- Serve with hot french fries and top with goat cheese sauce.
