The most easy recipe to make traditional dough for your pies!

Ingredient

  • 730gr. flour (all uses)
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 80gr. olive oil
  • 230gr. warm water
  • 1 tsp salt

Execution

  1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix up well.
  2. Transfer to a floured surface and work it with your hands for 3-4 minutes until a nice dough is made.
  3. Let it “rest” for at least 30 minutes and the dough is ready!
