The most easy recipe to make traditional dough for your pies!
- 730gr. flour (all uses)
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 80gr. olive oil
- 230gr. warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix up well.
- Transfer to a floured surface and work it with your hands for 3-4 minutes until a nice dough is made.
- Let it “rest” for at least 30 minutes and the dough is ready!
