A healthy, light and delicious recipe for turkey burgers with baby potatoes!
Ingredient
For the minced meat:
- 1kg minced meat (turkey)
- 3 eggs
- 150gr. butter
- 200gr. parmesan cheese (grated)
- 200gr. breadcrumbs
- 1 medium sized onion (chopped)
- 1 handful dill (chopped)
- 20gr. ginger (chopped or grated)
- Salt & pepper
For the potatoes:
- 1/2 kg baby potatoes
- Oregano
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
Execution
- Place a pan and add the butter. Warm it up (until its melted), then add the onion, ginger and the dill and sauté until the onion melts. Leave it cool down.
- Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the eggs, the parmesan, the breadcrumbs. Then add in the bowl the pan’s mixture.
- Add some salt & pepper and knead until the ingredients are mixed.
- Place a pan on the heat. Make burgers of 200gr. and sauté them on both sides until golden. The roast in preheat oven for 10 minutes, so that they keep their juices.
- Wash up the potatoes and put them in cold water. Boil for 15 minutes.
- Then drain them, dice them and fry until golden. Sprinkle with some salt & pepper, oregano, garlic powder and paprika. Enjoy!
