Tuscan chicken fillet with spinach and cherry tomatoes

Easy chicken recipe that will reward even the most demanding palate!


  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 gr. cherry tomatoes
  • 120 gr. spinach
  • 400 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp. grated parmesan
  • salt, pepper
  • basil leaves


  1. Salt and pepper the chicken fillets on both sides and in a large frying pan put olive oil and sauté the chicken on both sides.
  2. After 3 minutes and when the fillets are ready (almost brown) remove them from the pan and add the chopped onion and garlic. Cut the cherry tomatoes in the middle and add them with the spinach into the frying pan.
  3. After 2 minutes add the cream and put the chicken back in.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce become thick and serve with grated parmesan and basil leaves.
