Ingredient

  • 600 g strained yogurt
  • 150 ml cream 36%

For the syrup

  • 230 sugar
  • 100 ml whole milk
  • 2 tbsp honey

Execution

  2. Freeze the bowl where you will make your ice cream for at least 4 hours earlier.

For the syrup

  1. Put the milk and sugar in a saucepan and heat.
  2. Be careful because it can swell.
  3. We want the sugar to melt, with what melts add the honey and mix.
  4. Put it in the freezer to cool quickly because we want to use it cold.

For the ice cream

  1. Put the cream in the frozen bucket of the mixer and whip with a whisk.
  2. Then Slowly add the yogurt in portions and when it is incorporated add the cold syrup and beat until well incorporated.
  3. Put in the freezer and every 3 hours beat again with the wire, in total we will beat it 2 times.
  4. Leave in the freezer covered with a film.
