500gr. sugar

500ml. water

250ml. lemon juice

250ml. lime juice

3 shots of mastic

Execution

Boil water with sugar and make a thick syrup. When it is cold, pour the lime juice and lemon juice and mix well. Finally add the mastic and a little ice and serve with a few spearmint leaves.
