Delicious, fasting recipe that will delight you!
Ingredient
- 200gr. of groats
- 400gr. boiling water
- 2 bunches of parsley
- 1/2 bunch of mint
- 1 green pepper
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 3 spring onions
- 1/2 onion dry
- 2 lemons
- 2 cucumbers
- olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin (optional)
For the shrimp:
- 10-12 pieces of shrimp medium size
- 1 shot of ouzo or wine
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 orange juice and zest
Execution
- Boil the groats in boiling water and leave them for 30-45 minutes until the water is quite evaporated.
- Start by finely chopping all the vegetables you put in the tabbouleh.
- When the groats have been cooled slightly, put it in a bowl and mix with all the other ingredients in the recipe and refrigerate for half an hour, then serve.
For the shrimp:
- Salt and pepper the shrimp well, pour in some olive oil and sauté on high heat for 2 minutes on both sides.
- Just before the end add the garlic for taste and quench with the alcohol.
- Finally add the orange juice and allow the liquid to be evaporated for a minute, remove from heat and add the butter and mix until well melted.
- Garnish with a little orange zest.
