Baked burgers with potatoes a delicious and easy recipe that children will love too! Try it
Ingredient
- 1 kg of ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 cl. Garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 grated tomato
- 1 egg
- 4 slices of toast or luxury stale bread
- 50 ml milk
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of oregano
- Salt Pepper
- Tomatoes, feta for garnish
For the potatoes
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 lemon juice
- thyme
- Salt Pepper
- 1 chicken cube
- 500ml water
- garlic, onion (powder) optional
- olive oil
Execution
To achieve the most delicious and fluffy burgers in the oven with potatoes we have to start potatoes because they want more time.
For the potatoes
- Cut the quince potatoes.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl except the potatoes.
- Put the potatoes in a pan and add the liquids from the bowl, bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
- While the potatoes are cooking, we go to make our burgers.
For the burgers
- Saute the chopped onion and garlic in a little pan in a little olive oil and remove from the heat when they soften.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and shape.
- Soak the toast bread in milk and then squeeze it to put it in the minced meat.
- Put in the fridge for half an hour (at least) and then shape into burgers.
- When we have everything ready, we open the oven, place the burgers on the potatoes and put a slice of tomato and a piece of feta cheese in each one.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
