An easy and tasty sauce, perfect for meat or fish dishes!

Ingredient

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 hot red pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 handful of coriander
  • ½ handful of parsley
  • 2 glasses of olive oil
  • 1 glass red wine

Execution

  1. Chop all the ingredients and place them in a bowl.
  2. Stir and leave in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to flavor it well.
  3. Serve with a nice piece of meat or even fish.
