Delicious turkey burger, fluffy and healthy! Suitable for those who follow a healthier lifestyle!
Ingredient
- 1 kg of minced turkey
- 1 large white onion
- 3 colorful peppers
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp spring onion (the green part)
- 1 tbsp mint
- egg white (from 1 egg)
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 5 slices of toast
- 3 tbsp. low fat grated cheese
- salt and peppe
For the groats salad
- 200 g groats
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of mint
- 1 onion
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 3 colorful peppers
- 5 spring onions
- 2 cucumbers
- olive oil
- lemon
Execution
- Chop the vegetables and the herbs.
- Sauté the onion and peppers with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, until well browned, and allow them to cool.
- Grate the slices of toast in the grater.
- Put the minced turkey in a bowl, add all the ingredients and knead.
- Put the bowl in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Roll the burgers and bake in a grill or in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes
For the groats salad
- Put the groats in a bowl, cover with boiling water and leave until it is absorbed.
- Chop all the vegetables, pour them into the bowl and mix.
- Put the bowl in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
