Now that we all spend more time at home, what would you say to make a very easy and quick recipe for cheese pies!
Ingredient
- 200g of yogurt
- 1 egg
- 50g sunflower oil
- 50g milk
- 250g soft butter
- 800g flour
- Salt, Pepper
For the filling:
- 350g feta cheese
- 100g grated cheese of your choice
- 1 egg
- Salt, Pepper
For the spread:
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. of water
Execution
- In a bowl put the yogurt, sunflower oil, egg, milk and mix. Add the butter and stir. Finally, add salt, pepper, flour and knead.
- Transfer to a floured counter and open with a rolling pin. Use something round to cut out the designs for the cheese pies, for example a bowl.
For the filling:
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Crumble up the cheese.
- Fill the rounds with the filling, beat the egg with water and brush around the dough so that when we fold it they stick. Fold and press around with a fork.
- Spread with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven either in the air or directly under heat source at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
