Ingredient
- 600 g strained yogurt
- 150 ml cream 36%
For the syrup
- 230 sugar
- 100 ml whole milk
- 2 tbsp honey
Execution

- Freeze the bowl where you will make your ice cream for at least 4 hours earlier.
For the syrup
- Put the milk and sugar in a saucepan and heat.
- Be careful because it can swell.
- We want the sugar to melt, with what melts add the honey and mix.
- Put it in the freezer to cool quickly because we want to use it cold.
For the ice cream
- Put the cream in the frozen bucket of the mixer and whip with a whisk.
- Then Slowly add the yogurt in portions and when it is incorporated add the cold syrup and beat until well incorporated.
- Put in the freezer and every 3 hours beat again with the wire, in total we will beat it 2 times.
- Leave in the freezer covered with a film.
